Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential.
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
