Registered Nurse – Aesthetics
Full-Time 3 days across our clinics | 2 days at Head Office, Rugby

3D Aesthetics is looking for an ambitious Registered Nurse to join us in a unique position combining clinical practice, governance, practitioner development and aesthetic technology.
This is an opportunity to progress beyond a traditional treatment-based role and help shape clinical standards across our growing clinic group and wider Head Office operation.
You will ordinarily spend:
- Three days per week across our clinics, supporting clinical development, governance and CQC preparation
- Two days per week at our Rugby Head Office, developing protocols, education and clinical content
About 3D Aesthetics
3D Aesthetics is an established UK manufacturer and supplier of advanced non-surgical aesthetic technology, trusted by hundreds of clinics nationwide.
We also operate our own company-owned clinics in Leamington Spa and Knowle, with a third clinic planned for Cheltenham.
We are now looking for a Registered Nurse who wants to play a meaningful role in our next stage of clinical growth.
The Role
Working closely with our directors and clinical, compliance and training teams, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our clinics through CQC preparation and ongoing compliance
- Developing and implementing clinical SOPs and treatment protocols
- Improving patient pathways, consultations and clinical documentation
- Supporting clinical governance, audits and quality assurance
- Mentoring practitioners and helping maintain consistent clinical standards
- Delivering consultations and treatments where required
- Developing bespoke and combination treatment programmes
- Supporting the clinical development of existing and future technologies
- Contributing to clinical trials, white papers and case studies
- Delivering clinical education at workshops, events and masterclasses
- Providing clinical input into educational and marketing content
The role will remain hands-on, giving you direct insight into the patient and practitioner experience while allowing you to influence standards across the wider business.

Depending on your experience and training, you may work with treatments including:
- Laser Hair and Tattoo Removal
- RF Microneedling
- HIFU
- Advanced Skin Rejuvenation
- Body Contouring and Fat Reduction
- Skin Tightening
- HydrO2 Facials
- Carbon Laser Facials
- LED Light Therapy
Full manufacturer-led training and a structured induction will be provided before you undertake treatments independently.
Who We’re Looking For
This role would suit a Registered Nurse who wants to combine patient care with clinical development, education and leadership.
Essential
- Current NMC registration
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in aesthetics and skin health
- Confidence working collaboratively across different departments
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations
- A desire to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility
Desirable
- Independent Prescriber qualification
- Experience in medical aesthetics
- Laser and Light qualification
- Experience with energy-based aesthetic technologies
- Knowledge of clinical governance or CQC requirements
- Experience developing SOPs or clinical documentation
- Experience mentoring, training or presenting
