Welsh Gymnastics is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Gymnastics Development Officer to help grow and strengthen the gymnastics community across South-East Wales. This full-time role will work closely with clubs, schools, leisure providers and community partners to increase participation opportunities, support club development, and ensure gymnastics remains safe, inclusive and accessible for all.
Based in Cardiff with regular travel across the region, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing sustainable gymnastics provision, supporting workforce and facility development, building partnerships, and driving growth across the sport.
Salary: £26,000 – £29,908
Location: Cardiff with travel across South-East Wales
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
