What You’ll Be Doing (and Doing Brilliantly):
- Supporting residents with daily living — personal care, meals, routines, and those small moments that mean everything.
- Delivering person-centred care plans that truly reflect individual needs, wishes, and dignity.
- Leading and mentoring junior carers, setting the standard for outstanding care.
- Communicating with families, professionals, and visiting services — always with reassurance and professionalism.
- Supporting residents to attend appointments or enjoy community outings.
- Keeping care records accurate, thoughtful, and CQC-ready.
- Taking part in training, sharing ideas, and helping Framland continue to grow and shine.
