What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on engineering role covering service, maintenance and fault finding across a range of commercial air conditioning systems.
You'll be working on:
- VRV and VRF systems
- Chillers
- Split systems
- AHUs
- Associated HVAC equipment and controls
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and servicing
- Diagnosing faults and completing effective repairs
- Working alongside other engineers on more complex breakdowns
- Completing maintenance in line with manufacturer recommendations and industry standards
- Responding to emergency call-outs when required
- Ensuring all work meets health and safety requirements
- Keeping your technical knowledge up to date as systems and technology develop
- Maintaining a professional relationship with customers on-site
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is technically confident, reliable and takes pride in their work.
You'll need:
- 3+ years' experience within the air conditioning industry
- NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and/or F-Gas
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a wider engineering team
