Join Dryleaze Building & Maintenance – Bristol's Growing Property Maintenance Team
We're looking for experienced Multi Skilled Tradespeople who take pride in delivering quality workmanship.
We offer consistent year round work across Bristol, Bath and the surrounding areas, supporting leading letting agents, landlords and homeowners with reactive maintenance, planned repairs and property refurbishments.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years experience in maintenance or trades roles
- Is confident working across multiple trades (doesn’t have to be all trades)
- Can diagnose problems without supervision
- Takes pride in high quality workmanship
- Turns up on time and communicates well
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Is CIS registered (preferred)
- Owns a good selection of hand and power tools
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across residential properties
- Carpentry repairs including doors, skirting, locks and kitchens
- Basic plumbing repairs including taps, toilets and waste pipes
- Decorating, patch plastering and making good
- Flooring, tiling and general property repairs
- Completing end of tenancy maintenance
- Recording completed work using our job management system
- Representing Dryleaze professionally with tenants and clients
What you'll receive:
- Guaranteed workload (35+ hours available)
- £20.00–£23.00 per hour depending on experience
- Local work across Bristol and Bath
