Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant/Live Show Seller to join our dynamic online business in Hobbies and Collectibles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various aspects of online order fulfilment, including live selling and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
The ideal applicant will be organised, and proactive, and willing to support with social media content. Previous experience in working with online retail businesses and/or live selling is advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Excellent customer interaction and customer service
- Handling materials efficiently to prepare orders for dispatch
- Picking and packing products accurately according to order specifications
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfilment
- An interest in the goods being sold would be advantageous, but not essential

Although this is contracted position for a fixed time period, there is scope for it to become a permanent part-time job in the future.
