Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of customer satisfaction
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance on sales techniques, customer interactions, and merchandising strategies
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and efficient team
- Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure clarity of goals and expectations
- Support inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper merchandising displays
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to handle reservations, inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or hospitality environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated success in sales management and team development
- Experience with merchandising, time management, and administrative responsibilities
- Familiarity with retail or restaurant management systems is preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced setting that requires exceptional organizational skills
