We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Chef to join our growing team at Eastwood Twelve Golf Club.
Our modern clubhouse cafe seats 35 guests indoors and features a fully licensed bar and outdoor terrace. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality, freshly prepared food in a welcoming environment for golfers and visitors alike.
What you'll be doing
Your day will typically include:
- Morning food preparation
- Running our breakfast service (9:00am-12:00pm)
- Preparing and serving lunch (12:00pm-3:30pm)
- Occasionally catering for small buffets, afternoon teas and other functions for larger parties
- Cleaning down the kitchen and closing at the end of service (shift finishes around 4:00pm)
Our menu includes breakfast rolls, sourdough breakfast stacks, yoghurt bowls, soup, sandwiches, bagels, baked potatoes, fresh salads and daily specials.
You'll be supported by a front-of-house team of 2–3 staff, with a Kitchen Porter available on most shifts to assist with washing up and keep the kitchen running smoothly.

- Has previous experience working in a busy kitchen
- Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food
- Has excellent communication skills
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Has a good eye for presentation and attention to detail
- Is friendly, positive and enjoys working as part of a team
- Can remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
Hours
- 21–28 hours per week
- Flexible days available, although availability Thursday to Sunday is preferred
- Daytime shifts only, finishing around 4:00pm
- No evening shifts
