The Role
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will provide planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs and small works across our diverse customer base throughout the UK. You'll represent Britannia Fire & Security Ltd on customer sites, delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Working as part of our Service Department, you will report directly to the Service Manager and receive full support from our experienced office team, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience servicing fire and/or security systems.
- Alternatively, a strong electrical or engineering background with a willingness to learn and develop within the industry.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- The ability to work independently and manage their own workload effectively.
- Good IT skills and confidence using mobile devices to complete electronic service reports.
- A full UK driving licence.

Pay: £32,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
