You'll be responsible for overseeing manufacturing activities from bulk production through to filling and packing, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. [Manufactur...nager 2026 | PDF]
What You'll Be Doing
As Manufacturing Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations, including batching, filling, labelling and packing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining excellent quality and safety standards.
- Drive On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery performance.
- Work closely with Quality, Engineering and other departments to ensure smooth, compliant operations.
- Promote and maintain GMP, hygiene, environmental, health and safety standards.
- Analyse manufacturing KPIs and implement improvement plans where needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.
- Optimise labour resources, equipment performance and operational efficiency.
- Support employee development, training and succession planning.
- Lead internal, customer and regulatory audits, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
- Foster a positive, accountable and collaborative team culture.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, GMP and quality systems.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience developing and managing teams.
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on results.
