What You'll Need
- Previous recruitment or administration experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Screen applications and arrange interviews.
- Carry out pre-employment checks and right-to-work documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding for new starters.
- Advertise vacancies and manage job postings.
- Keep recruitment records accurate and up to date.
- Provide a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
