Job Summary:
CRC Corporate Solutions Ltd is seeking a Business Systems Supervisor to oversee the everyday operation and coordination of systems that support core business activities. The role will work closely with users and technical resources to keep applications effective, organise system-related requests, and support improvements that make business processes easier and more reliable.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day support activities for key business systems
- Coordinate system requests, updates, and user-reported issues
- Gather feedback from teams on system functionality and usability
- Prioritise requests according to operational needs and business impact
- Liaise with technology teams and external system providers
- Support configuration changes, testing, and system enhancements
- Coordinate user access and routine system administration activities
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, and change records
- Assist users during the introduction of new features or applications
- Review recurring system issues and recommend practical improvements
- Provide management with updates on system activity and outstanding priorities
Requirements:
- Experience in business systems, application support, IT operations, systems administration, business analysis, or a related area
- Good understanding of how technology supports everyday business processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Comfortable learning and working across different business applications
- Good organisation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage several requests and priorities simultaneously
- Previous supervisory experience is helpful but not essential for candidates with relevant systems experience
- Technical qualifications are advantageous, but equivalent practical or transferable experience will also be considered

Pay: £49,000.00 per year
