We’re a small, growing business and we need a Warehouse All Rounder & Driver who isn’t afraid of hard graft and doesn’t vanish after three weeks.

We need someone reliable, switched-on, and up for mucking in. If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in turning up, cracking on, and getting the job done properly - you’ll fit right in.
A few things you’ll need:
- A clean driving licence (we do need you on the road).
- Forklift experience or ticket (big plus).
- Handy with fabrication (Making things)? Even better.
- DBS check (standard stuff).
If you’ve worked as part of a team before and can also think for yourself when it’s needed, that’s exactly what we’re after.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (with very occasional early starts, late finishes, or altered hours to meet business needs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking orders and loading/unloading 3.5T vans and HGVs.
- Using the forklift to load/unload HGVs and company vehicles.
- Stocking and maintaining the warehouse with various products.
- Checking stock into the warehouse.
- Upholding the warehouse's upkeep and cleanliness.
- Fabricating products.
- Making timely deliveries in company vehicles to areas such as Slough, Birmingham, London, and locally.
- Liaising with site teams to arrange delivery points.
- Checking materials collected and delivered.
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and tidy.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform lifting, packing, and other physical tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse processes (preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with van driving.
