Responsibilities
- Operate dairy processing machinery to produce consistent, high-quality products in accordance with established procedures.
- Fill containers accurately with dairy products, ensuring proper volume and quality standards are met.
- Apply labels precisely onto packaging to ensure correct product identification and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Pack finished products securely for shipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the process.
- Follow strict food safety protocols, including HACCP guidelines, to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, quantities, and inspection results.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production or dairy processing is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety standards is highly desirable.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and quality checks.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks safely.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean working environment.
