We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without our deliciously dedicated Production Teams! They’re responsible for the heart and soul of our business – our snacks! - making sure they’re tasty, safe, and packaged fresh off the line to reach shops (and customers) with that satisfying CRUNCH. We’re looking for Key Operators to lend your expertise to our teams and keep the cogs turning to deliver the best in quality and flavour! You’ll work either days (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm on alternate weeks) or nights (10pm-6am) shifts at our Corby site (NN17 4AP).
Let’s get a flavour of the role:
As a Key Operator, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and uphold our high standards of quality and safety. Your contribution will help us continue delivering exceptional snacks to our customers.
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient processing of snacks, being the go to expert for your team
- Implement and adhere to food safety standards, always including HACCP protocols as well as manufacturing health and safety regulations
- Assist in flavouring processes, ensuring consistency and quality
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery
- Record production data accurately, reporting any issues promptly, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production line
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Key Ingredients (what we need to see from you):
- Proven experience in food production or manufacturing environments, preferably with some team leadership experience
- Knowledge of and commitment to HACCP and food safety standards, as well as quality in all you do
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with industrial equipment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with at least basic maths skills for measurements and data recording
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs
