Looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a Full Time Supervisor to join our team at Centra Balloo, Bangor. If you are motivated and someone who loves delivering great customer service and keeping a busy store running smoothly we would love to hear from you.
Duties
- Leading and supporting the team
- Delivering outstanding customer service - putting our customers at the forefront of everything
- Running the store in absence of management and carrying out management instructions
- Supporting areas including the shop floor and tills (full training will be given)
- Help drive store standards, stock control and community involvement
- Maintain a safe and working environment for both staff and customers
- Keyholding duties which include opening and closing the store
*Flexible shift patterns including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends. This post would not be suitable for someone in Full Time Education.
Pay: From £13.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
Work Location: In person
