Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Driver

Pay: £173.20–£193.20 per day

CADI Recruitment Solutions is looking for reliable self-employed delivery drivers to join an established last-mile delivery operation completing Amazon parcel routes.
Both owner-drivers and applicants requiring a rental van are welcome. Previous multi-drop experience is helpful but not essential, as onboarding and paid training are provided.
What we offer
- £173.20 per day for SWB routes
- £193.20 per day for LWB routes
- Additional £1.80 daily BYOD allowance

- Paid classroom/ride-along training: £137.70

Van rental options
- SWB van: £200 per week
- LWB van: £260 per week
- Van rental is subject to availability, eligibility and insurance approval
Your responsibilities
- Complete an assigned multi-drop delivery route safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks
- Load and organise parcels correctly
- Use a smartphone application to follow the delivery route
- Scan and deliver parcels according to customer instructions
- Provide accurate proof of delivery
- Maintain professional customer service standards
- Report incidents, vehicle issues and delivery problems immediately
- Return undelivered parcels to the delivery station
- Keep the vehicle clean and secure
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Full UK driving licence or eligible EU driving licence
- Maximum of six active penalty points
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Smartphone with mobile data
- Able to complete the required identity, licence, background and insurance checks
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
- Physically able to load, carry and deliver parcels
- Flexible availability, including weekends when required
This is a self-employed contractor opportunity through an independent delivery provider and is not direct employment with Amazon. Gross route rates are before applicable van rental, tax and other self-employed business expenses.
