OTE: £50,000–£70,000+ depending on performance

Magicbrick Estate Agents is an established independent property business based in Harrow. Following a period of strong focus on our lettings operation, we are now developing a dedicated residential sales division.
We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded property professional to take responsibility for building and leading this division.
This is not a traditional Sales Negotiator position.
Initially, you will be the key person within the sales department, with responsibility for developing the business, winning new instructions and establishing the Magicbrick sales operation. As the business grows, we intend to invest further and build a team around the successful candidate.
The Role
You will have significant autonomy and will be expected to take ownership of the sales operation, including:
- Winning new residential sales instructions
- Conducting market appraisals and valuations
- Developing relationships with potential vendors and landlords
- Prospecting and generating new business
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiating offers and achieving the best possible results for clients
- Managing buyers and vendors throughout the sales process
- Working closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other property professionals
- Contributing to local marketing and business development
- Developing referral and networking opportunities
- Monitoring conversion rates, pipeline and sales performance
- Helping establish the systems and processes for the growing sales department
- Recruiting and managing additional sales staff as the department develops
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, confident and commercially minded, with genuine experience of winning property business.
You may currently be a:
- Senior Sales Negotiator
- Property Valuer / Lister
- Assistant Sales Manager
- Sales Manager
- Branch Manager
- Experienced Estate Agent looking for the next step
Most importantly, you must be able to demonstrate that you can generate business and win instructions, rather than simply manage existing applicants and properties.
You should be:
- Confident and personable
- A strong communicator and negotiator
- Comfortable making prospecting calls and developing new relationships
- Target-driven and commercially aware
- Organised and capable of managing your own pipeline
- Ambitious and motivated by earning potential
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to identify opportunities and turn them into instructions
- Passionate about residential property
- Ideally experienced in the Harrow / North-West London market
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car would be advantageous
