We're building towards becoming one of the North East's leading commercial grounds maintenance and landscaping companies, and we're looking for the right people to come on that journey with us.
You don't need to have worked in grounds maintenance before.
If you've got the right attitude, enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work and want to be part of a supportive team, we'll provide the training you need.
This role could suit somebody from:
- Construction
- Landscaping
- Agriculture
- Utilities
- Warehousing or logistics
- General labouring
- Or anyone who enjoys practical, hands-on work outdoors
We're looking for somebody who:
- Turns up on time and is reliable
- Takes pride in producing high standards
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and wants to learn
- Doesn't mind working outdoors in all seasons
- Is willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
- Cares about doing the job properly
You'll be involved in:
- Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
- Strimming and edging
- Hedge cutting and shrub maintenance
- Weed control and site tidiness
- Winter maintenance, including gritting and snow clearance
- Working across schools, housing developments, commercial sites and public spaces
- Helping maintain the high standards our clients expect
Every day is different, and you'll work alongside experienced team members who will help you develop your skills.
Training and development
Experience is useful, but it isn't essential.
What matters most is your work ethic, willingness to learn and ability to work well with others. We'll provide training on equipment, safe working practices and the standards we expect so you can build a long-term career with us.
