Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Lead Window & Door Installer to join our team and play a key role in the next stage of the company's development.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced installer who can take ownership of installations, lead by example on site, maintain high standards of workmanship and become a key member of our growing business.
The successful candidate will be expected to install high-quality products for domestic and commercial customers throughout Central Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation of uPVC windows and doors
- Installation of composite doors
- Installation of aluminium window and door systems
- Leading installation teams on site
- Ensuring installations are completed safely and efficiently
- Diagnosing and solving installation issues
- Maintaining excellent workmanship standards
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Working closely with management and survey teams
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced installers where required
- Representing AD Glazing professionally at all times
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience installing windows and doors
- Strong working knowledge of uPVC systems
- Experience fitting composite doors
- Ability to manage jobs independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional customer-facing attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
Desirable Experience
- Aluminium window and door installation
- Experience leading installation teams
- Glazing repair and replacement work
- Double glazed unit replacement experience
- CSCS Card
Candidates without a CSCS card may still be considered, as training and testing can be provided for the right applicant.
Additional Opportunities
AD Glazing also operates its own double glazed unit manufacturing facility.
Whilst this role is primarily focused on window and door installation, experience with replacement glazing, double glazed units and general glazing works would be advantageous.
There may occasionally be opportunities to assist with specialist glazing projects and our in-house glazing operation.
