E-Service is a leading supplier of Service, Technical Support and Parts to the electronic entertainment industry, with major customers in the Amusement, Entertainment and Casino sectors.
We service, upgrade and repair electronic and electro-mechanical equipment including automated payment devices, LCD displays, Power supplies and logic boards as well as other sub-assemblies found within our clients’ equipment.
Role Summary/Purpose:
Reporting to one of the Workshop Supervisors you will work alongside your engineering mentor and receive on the job training. Following completion of our in-house training programs you will be capable of repairing electronic equipment, using test equipment.
There will be plenty of opportunity to progress, E-Service has a Technical Sales team and a Field Service team, our ethos is to train and develop individuals as we typically promote from within the business.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Work as part of a team reporting to the Workshop Supervisor.
· Undertake in house training programs.
· Train to carry out maintenance, repairs and light assembly of electronic equipment and sub-assemblies.
· Learn soldering skills and techniques in order to replace electronic components.
· Undertake testing of equipment using PC tools and associated test software.
· Complete work sheets and update PC based systems.
· Undertake routine tasks such as re-packing and labelling of equipment.

- Communicate effectively with supervisors.
