Bay Court Residential & Nursing Home is a well-established, family-owned care home with an excellent local reputation. We are now looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead the launch and growth of our new domiciliary care service, supporting people to remain independent in their own homes.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced domiciliary care professional who wants to make their mark by creating a service that genuinely puts people before profit.

The Role
You will lead the development of our new domiciliary care business from registration through to growth and ongoing operational management.
Working closely with the Director, you will have the opportunity to shape every aspect of the service, including:
- Leading the CQC registration process (if required)
- Recruiting, developing and inspiring an exceptional care team
- Building strong relationships with clients, families and local professionals
- Developing safe, effective systems and high-quality governance
- Managing rotas, staffing and service delivery
- Supporting business growth while maintaining excellent standards of care
- Creating a positive workplace culture where colleagues feel valued and supported
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has significant experience in domiciliary care management
- Has experience as a Registered Manager or is ready to become one
- Understands CQC regulations and quality assurance
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care
- Has excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Can recruit, motivate and retain outstanding staff
- Is commercially aware and understands sustainable service growth
- Enjoys building relationships within the local community
- Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care
