Site Services Co-ordination Administrator
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 7.45am-4pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Site Services Co-ordination Administrator to join our growing Site Services Division.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or customer service professional who enjoys working in a busy environment, communicating with customers and engineers, and coordinating multiple tasks.
The successful candidate will be professional, approachable and well organised, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using their own initiative.
Full training will be provided on our internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, answering telephone enquiries and responding to emails.
Maintaining accurate client databases, including contact details, equipment records and service reports.
Following up quotations and scheduled recurring work.
Coordinating service call-outs with customers and engineers.
Preparing customer quotations for parts and equipment repairs.
Liaising with suppliers to obtain information, pricing and availability.
Preparing job packs and relevant documentation for engineers and site work.
Supporting the Sales and Finance functions where required.
Carrying out general administrative and clerical duties.
Providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Assisting other areas of the business when required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a busy, changing environment.
Experienced in administration and/or service desk/customer service.
Professional, friendly and approachable.
An excellent communicator with a good telephone manner and good written communication skills
Customer-focused and committed to providing a high standard of service.
Confident in solving problems and finding practical solutions.
Highly attentive to detail.
Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
Experience & Requirements
Essential:
Minimum 4 years' customer service experience.
Minimum 4 years' administrative experience.
Full UK driving licence.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
