Summary
Under the general direction and general supervision of the senior on shift. The post holder will undertake assigned tasks to foster and develop a residential living environment that is safe, comfortable and stable, and to provide a range of personal and therapeutic care which is primarily aimed at empowering the individual to develop into greater levels of independence.
