Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator /Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This position requires a blend of customer service, management skills, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating treatments, managing appointments, and providing exceptional guest services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the treatment area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the front desk, providing excellent customer service to all clients.
- Assist in upselling treatments and products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Maintain social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
- Provide guidance on treatments such as skin care ,Hydrafacial, laser treatment, botox and filler ,skin booster, peel and skin analysis
- Foster strong communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of hospitality are met consistently.
Skills
- Proven management experience in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Proficient in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with the community.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of beauty treatments including Hydrafacial and laser hair removal , product knowledge and skin analysis
- Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
