Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including social media management, job boards, and networking events.
- HRIS & Platform Management: Utilize BrightHR as your core HR platform (alongside managing ATS tools such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft) to streamline recruitment workflows, track applicants, and maintain accurate candidate data.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure strong alignment with organizational needs and culture.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate smooth communication and successful placements.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee recruitment processes from initial job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Pipeline Engagement: Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to manage candidate pipelines and maintain ongoing engagement with potential talent pools.
- Core HR Administration: Support essential HR functions directly within BrightHR, including employee record management, general platform administration, and employer branding efforts across social media.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or recruitment roles with a focus on candidate sourcing and lead generation.
- Practical experience using BrightHR or familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leveraging social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Knowledge of HRIS software for personnel data management, employee records, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to sales-driven environments or experience utilizing CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus.
