The school is looking for a teacher who can create an engaging and inclusive learning environment, inspire pupils and support them in achieving their full potential.
As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative and age-appropriate lessons.

Teach pupils within a primary school setting and support their academic development.
-
Create a positive, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
-
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs, abilities and learning styles of all pupils.

Monitor, assess and track pupil progress.
-
Set high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement.

Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other school staff.

Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
-
Build strong and positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
-
Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

Promote positive behaviour and effective classroom routines.

Contribute to wider school activities and the school community.

Ensure the safeguarding, safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.

A recognised teaching qualification.
-
Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.

Strong classroom management skills.
-
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's learning and development.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
The ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.

The ability to differentiate learning to meet individual pupil needs.
-
Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable.
-
A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach.

The ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team.
-
The ability to commute to or work within the High Wycombe area.
This role offers the opportunity to transition from a temporary position into a permanent teaching role within the school, subject to a successful placement and the school's requirements.
