At Sync Living, we help improve the lives of people across Northern Ireland by providing specialist mobility, healthcare and accessibility solutions. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our friendly Service Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating engineers and delivering outstanding customer service.
About the Role
As our Service Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our engineering team organised and ensuring customers receive a professional, efficient service.
Working closely with our engineers, you'll coordinate daily schedules, communicate with customers, and ensure service appointments run as smoothly as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the engineers' daily service schedule.
- Book and coordinate customer appointments.
- Liaise with customers by telephone and email.
- Ensure engineers have the information they need for each visit.
- Update service records using our service management software (WorkPal).
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Assist with general administration within the Service Department.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Has a friendly, professional telephone manner.
- Enjoys speaking with customers and solving problems.
- Can prioritise multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
- Has good IT skills and is confident using computer systems.
- Works well as part of a team while also being able to use their own initiative.
Experience using WorkPal would be an advantage, but it's not essential—full training will be provided.
