The mission
We're not hiring a coach to fill a rota. We're building the best F45 studio in Europe, and we're looking for someone special to help us do it.
F45 Stratford (the "Stratcave") is part of a five studio group across London, run by owners who are in the business every day. We care about standards, and we back the people who deliver. If you want a studio where "good enough" is the ceiling, this isn't it.
We are in the business of making people happier healthier humans. So if you want to do that, and if you want to be pushed, developed, and given real responsibility, read on.
What you'll do
- Deliver high energy F45 sessions to a genuinely elite standard: technique coaching, individual corrections, and energy that fills the room. Every class, not just when you feel like it.
- Know your members. Names, goals, injuries, progress. You'll run body scan check ins and sessions that keep members accountable and progressing.
- Work directly with the management team on retention and growth. Trials, follow ups, and member conversations are part of the job, and we'll train you to be excellent at them.
- Lead community initiatives: run club, strength workshops, member challenges, and events. You'll own at least two of these outright.
- Keep the studio clean, safe, and running smoothly. Standards are non negotiable.
- Represent the brand with professionalism every day, on the floor and on socials.
What we're looking for
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (minimum). CIMSPA registration and valid first aid/CPR certification required, or willingness to obtain before start.
- Group fitness coaching experience preferred, but attitude and coachability beat CV length.
- EQ on point. You read a room, you connect with people, and members leave your class better than they arrived.
- Reliable, proactive, and hungry. You take initiative without being asked.
- Someone who wants to contribute beyond the coaching floor and sees fitness as a career, not a stopgap.

Pay: £26,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
