Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings internally and externally including small electrical, plumbing, roofing repairs, painting, carpentry.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to tenant or resident requests and resolving issues with professionalism and care
Requirements
- Proven experience with household maintenance, including, but not all - electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing.
