Accompanied Viewer/Property Inspector

Are you a people person with an eye for detail? Join our growing team at PH Estate Agents as an Accompanied Viewer, where you'll play a key role in our property management and sales operations across Middlesbrough and Redcar.
About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to conduct property viewings and inspections. You'll be the face of PH Estate Agents, helping potential buyers and tenants find their perfect home while ensuring our current properties are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting professional property viewings for potential buyers and tenants
- Carrying out regular property inspections for rental properties
- Preparing detailed inspection reports
- Managing viewing schedules and appointment coordination
- Handling general office administration duties
- Building strong relationships with clients and tenants
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driving license and access to own vehicle
- Flexible availability for viewings (including some evenings and weekends)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous estate agency experience is beneficial but not essential
