As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet, greet and seat the guests at their tables
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with orders
- Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness in the restaurant
-Take food and drink orders and follow up with efficiency
- Support team members during busy periods
- Help maintain inventory levels and stock rotation
- Utilise time management skills to ensure smooth workflow
- Offer assistance with upselling to enhance customer experience
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is advantageous
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
