Personal Assistant to Movie Producer
Location: Darlington, County Durham
Salary: £32,000
Hours: Full-time | Mon–Fri typically 9:00am – 6:00pm (flexibility required)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant to support a prominent Movie & TV Producer who is moving operations to the North East from London. We require somebody who can provide additional support across the business.
This is a hands-on, practical support role focused on day-to-day organisation, communication, and making sure everything runs smoothly. This is a role where we are looking for someone who enjoys being proactive, detail-focused and getting things done. You will be working in the fast-paced world of Film.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Producers diary, meetings and daily schedule
- Oversee and organise the Producers email inbox, including drafting replies
- Arrange travel, bookings and itineraries
- Prepare basic meeting agendas, documents and notes to ensure meetings run smoothly
- Maintain and organise Microsoft 365 / Cloud folders and filing systems
- Handle personal administration, appointments and general organisation
- Support with family-related matters, including managing post and ad hoc tasks
- Coordinate with external workers visiting sites and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to extended management team as needed
- Liaise with external contacts such as advisors and suppliers
- Track tasks and ensure follow-ups are completed

Requirements
- Previous experience in a PA or EA role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent diary management/inbox skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams and Cloud programmes
- Reliable, discreet and comfortable handling both personal and business matters
- Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks with trust and discretion
- Clear and professional communication skills
Pay: £32,000 per year
Experience:
- Personal Assistant: 2-3 years (preferred but not essential)
