Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service to customers, assisting them in finding the right clothing and accessories.- **Sales**: Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication and product knowledge.- **Cash Handling**: Process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.- **Customer Queries**: Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.- **Inventory Management**: Maintain stock levels, organise merchandise, and ensure the store is visually appealing.- **Store Operations**: Support daily operations, including restocking and maintaining cleanliness.- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to foster a supportive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous retail experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is essential.- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as we serve a diverse customer base.- A passion for fashion and a desire to help customers find their perfect style.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
