Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join both our team as Kitchen Team Member’s and a Waiting Staff member for Front of House.
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual with previous professional kitchen/chef experience to join our team! We are looking for someone who is organised and able to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
We also have opportunities for an enthusiastic kitchen porter to help keep our kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly. Your role will include washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and supporting the chefs whenever needed. As a member of our waiting staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that ever guest has a fantastic experience. Duties:
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with catering orders as needed
- Taking table orders
- Serving food and drink
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
