We are looking for an Band 6 MSK Clinician to join our established Community MSK Service, supporting patients to improve their mobility, function, independence, and confidence. The successful candidate will work across remote, face to face, gym based, and group rehabilitation settings, delivering high quality musculoskeletal care within our recognised pathways.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Completing detailed musculoskeletal assessments, delivering evidence based treatment plans, and managing a varied caseload across remote, face to face, gym based, and group settings.
- Designing and progressing exercised based rehabilitation, supporting behavioural change, and helping patients build confidence, mobility and independence.
- Providing day to day clinical support, supervision, and guidance to Band 4 and Band 5 Clinicians and MSK Students, including reviewing escalated cases.
- Maintaining high quality HCPC compliance notes, communicating with MDT colleagues, and ensuring smooth patient pathways and continuity of care.
The ideal candidate will be committed to personalised, patient centred care and motivated to help people make lasting change. The postholder will be appointed at Band 6, reflecting their ability to practice autonomously in MSK assessment, diagnosis, caseload management, and clinical leadership.
