What You’ll Be Doing:
Clinical & Operational Leadership: Take full accountability for dispensary performance, ensuring complete compliance with GPhC standards, NHS contract requirements, and information governance.
Service Growth: Lead and expand NHS and private services including Pharmacy First, travel clinics, flu vaccinations, and health checks, driving both clinical impact and commercial targets.
Team Development & Management: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of Pharmacy Technicians, Dispensers, and Assistants, fostering a collaborative, safe, and efficient working environment.
Business & Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, budget management, waste reduction, and dispensary workflows to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal profitability.
Patient-Centred Care: Act as the face of community healthcare, building trust with patients, providing expert consultation, and delivering tailored healthcare solutions to the local area.
