Physio & Health Matters Ltd is an established independent healthcare provider with over 26 years' experience delivering high-quality physiotherapy, sports injury and wellbeing services across the West Midlands. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media & Marketing Executive to help raise our brand profile, generate new business opportunities and showcase the fantastic work our team delivers every day.
This is a flexible hybrid role, giving you the opportunity to work from home whilst also spending time within our clinics and attending local events to create engaging content and support marketing initiatives.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering engaging marketing campaigns across a variety of digital platforms. Working closely with our management team, you will help promote our clinics, services, clinicians and corporate partnerships whilst driving patient engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Create engaging photo and video content within our clinics.
- Film, edit and produce high-quality promotional videos and reels.
- Design marketing materials including posters, leaflets, brochures and digital adverts.
- Write engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters and our website.
- Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient enquiries and bookings.
- Promote new services, events, offers and clinic openings.
- Attend clinics and community events across the West Midlands to capture content.
- Monitor social media performance and provide monthly marketing reports.
- Liaise with external partners, businesses and organisations to promote our services.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a marketing or social media role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident creating engaging written, photographic and video content.
- Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our clinic locations and events across the West Midlands.
- Ability to identify and implement new services or strategies to enhance business growth.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Previous experience working within a healthcare environment, ideally in physiotherapy, sports medicine, rehabilitation, private healthcare or a similar allied health profession.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a physiotherapy clinic, healthcare provider or wellbeing organisation.
- Understanding of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, physiotherapy services and patient journeys.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and maintaining professional standards when promoting clinical services.

Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
