We are seeking an experienced and organised Senior Host to join our flagship restaurant in the heart of London – Soho.
Position Overview:
As Senior Host at Chotto Matte, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Work closely with the management team to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant host, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Previous experience with reservation platforms, preferably Sevenrooms, Opentable and Design my Night
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
