We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and people-focused individuals to join our growing Events Sales team. Whether you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or are simply confident speaking to people, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
As an Events Sales Representative, you’ll represent a variety of exciting brands at face-to-face events, engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and creating memorable customer experiences.
This is not a commission-only role. With additional performance-based earnings, giving you both financial security and the opportunity to increase your income.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing clients at promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Speaking with customers face-to-face in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrating products and services with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Creating positive customer experiences while generating sales.
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Working towards individual and team performance goals.
- Learning professional sales techniques through ongoing coaching and mentorship.
- Continuously developing your communication, sales, and leadership skills.
What You’ll Receive
- Guaranteed pay – not commission only.
- First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £28,000–£35,000.
