NestHappy is growing, and we’re now looking for self-employed gardeners and garden maintenance providers across Bristol and surrounding areas to join our provider community.
If you already work for yourself, are looking to build your own gardening work, or simply want additional bookings around your existing customers, NestHappy gives you the flexibility to choose when you work and the services you want to provide.
Gardening services may include:
- Lawn mowing
- Weeding
- Hedge trimming
- Light pruning
- Planting
- General garden maintenance and tidying
- Leaf clearance
- Patio and decking cleaning
- Garden waste removal, where appropriately registered
- Other general gardening services
You choose which services you want to offer through your profile.
How NestHappy works
You remain completely self-employed and decide when you're available.
Customers can find your profile and book your services through NestHappy. The platform helps manage bookings and secure payments, leaving you to concentrate on providing a great service.
There are no fixed shifts and no requirement to accept every booking.
What you'll need
To join NestHappy, you'll need:
- Experience or confidence carrying out the gardening services you select
- Appropriate Public Liability Insurance
- To complete ID verification
- Right to work in the UK
- A professional and reliable approach
- Your own equipment where required for the services you offer
- Suitable transport where required
Formal horticultural qualifications are not essential for general garden maintenance, although relevant qualifications and experience can be added to your profile.
If you offer garden waste removal, you will need to comply with the appropriate waste carrier requirements.

NestHappy is being built around trust for both customers and service providers.
Providers are ID verified and appropriately insured, helping customers feel confident about who they are welcoming onto their property.
But trust works both ways. Our two-way review system also allows providers to review customers, helping you make informed decisions about who you work for.
