Pay & Benefits
£14.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time Permanent - Availability as below;
Evenings (during the week)
Days and Evenings (every other weekend)
We operate between 7:00am and 10:00pm, seven days a week, with every other weekend working.
Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes while helping them continue living life on their own terms.
Every visit is an opportunity to provide personalised, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice and wellbeing while making a meaningful difference to someone's day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care with dignity, compassion and respect
- Supporting mobility and encouraging independence
- Preparing meals and promoting healthy nutrition
- Assisting with medication
- Light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients to appointments and social activities
- Completing accurate care records and reporting any concerns
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine passion for caring.
You'll be:

- Passionate about supporting people to live independently
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- A holder of a full UK driving licence
Experience in care is welcomed but not essential. If you're new to care, we'll provide all the training and support you need to build a rewarding career.
