Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and designs
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive experience for each client from greeting to checkout
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions to prolong results
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon setting
- Proficiency in makeup application is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beauty services
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluency in English for clear communication with clients and team members
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for practicing nail services
