As our team continues to expand, we are looking for a qualified lawyer or highly experienced conveyancer to join us on a hybrid basis, combining home working with regular attendance at our Egham office.

The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering high-quality legal work and an excellent level of client service.
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and other legal professionals to ensure transactions progress efficiently and clients receive clear, proactive communication throughout their move.
As an experienced member of the team, you may also support junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the firm’s processes, service standards and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documentation
- Reviewing searches, title information and mortgage documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and solicitors
- Providing clients with regular, proactive and understandable updates
- Identifying and resolving legal or practical issues efficiently
- Ensuring all matters comply with regulatory and legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate files and case management records
- Supporting and assisting junior conveyancers where required
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the firm
Required Experience
- A minimum of five to seven years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive preferred
- Applications from highly experienced conveyancers qualified by experience will also be considered
- Strong experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Confidence handling files independently from instruction through to completion
- A thorough understanding of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
