If you are a passionate 24/7 hospitality professional with exceptional barista skills and a proven flair for management and would love the oportunity to be a self-employed cafe manager/ess and run our fabulous , soon to be upgraded and opened ...'CHOCOHOLICS HEAVEN ' cosy cafe (trademarked .) ,, with a possible 80% share of all net profits , then step this way !..Because of the way the system operates and I wanted to hire someone from aberdeen ,then I have to select aberdeen , but the job is actually in Elgin ...All staff hiring and catering purchases etc.etc. will be your responsiblity .. Although we are just moments away from the city centre , our rates are but a fraction of competitors and as the hotel is fully owned...no rent involved .WOW ! All our cakes to be bought in daily from our local award winning bakery...Anything they can do , we can do better !... All our coffee beans and coffee machines will come from the nearby Melco Coffee Roaster Buckie ..Anything they can do , we can do better !.. A hotel guest room for one , may be made available , plus car parking for one . Total customer seating about 60/80 ...Our patio benches which get the sun from 10 am to 10pm , currently numbers 6,but by adding additional seating this can be increased beyond 50 customers ....so you are gonna be busy ! busy! busy !..We have 4 beautifully modernised downstairs toilets and 1 excellent ground floor disabled toilet...The cafe will be run for over 18 's.....No pets ....and maybe no laptops There are 3 separate fire doors between the freezing winter gales and our cosy seating areas , which are further enhanced by our beautiful tartan carpetting which extends throughout the whole cafe, even down the stairs to our toilet doors .Apart from through traffic to inverness and aberdeen , Moss street is by far and away , the busiest street in elgin for pedestrians and cars and as the patio butts onto the pavements edge , the takeaway / carry out potential is just waiting to be capitalised on ...Moray college is in the next street , where they train baristas , bakers etc ..so could be a great soarse of part time staff......Only those who submit exemplary references which must include all history in great verifiable detail ,should exect a response.
