Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure precise installation.
- Fabricate custom components and adapt materials as needed through welding, carpentry, or masonry techniques.
- Use heavy lifting equipment safely to handle roofing materials and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct inspections of roofs to identify issues such as leaks or structural damage, then execute appropriate repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of work.
- Assist with other construction-related tasks including plumbing or masonry work when required to support project completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing, construction, or related trades with familiarity in roofing systems and materials.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, working at heights, and the use of power tools.
- Experience with carpentry, masonry, plumbing or welding is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working on rooftops in various weather conditions, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards.

Pay: £102.64-£262.50 per day
