About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Painter / Mould Treatment Operative is to enhance property conditions and quality by performing mould treatments, painting, ad hoc associated minor repairs associated to condensation control / mould growth
You’ll work both independently and as part of a larger team to support our social housing clients

o Key Responsibilities
- Perform mould washes and painting to improve property conditions.
- Conduct minor repairs related to condensation and mould issues
o Requirements
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence: Essential for using the provided company vehicle.
- A proactive approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
