The Role
This is a field-based position working primarily in customers’ homes across the Salisbury area. No two projects are the same, so you’ll need to be adaptable, detail-focused, and confident working in varied environments.
You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent workmanship and a professional customer experience on every job.
Key Responsibilities
- Install uPVC and aluminium windows and doors to a high standard
- Ensure all work meets industry and company specifications
- Maintain excellent customer service and site professionalism
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
- Keep company vehicle and uniform clean and presentable
- Follow company policies and health & safety guidelines at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience installing uPVC and aluminium windows and doors
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Confident, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
