About the Role
We’re looking for a high‑calibre Landscape Foreman to join our premium design‑and‑build landscaping company. You’ll be leading on‑site operations, managing trades, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering high‑end garden builds with confidence and professionalism.
This role suits someone who takes pride in their craft, communicates clearly, and can run a site from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage on‑site landscaping teams
- Deliver hard and soft landscaping to premium standards
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and daily site tasks
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional working environment
- Communicate confidently with clients, suppliers, and management
- Ensure projects run on schedule and to specification
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Landscape Foreman or Senior Landscaper
- Strong skills in paving, decking, fencing, groundworks, and general construction
- Ability to manage teams and motivate staff
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional attitude, reliability, and pride in workmanship
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
